
Bijoy Misra
President
Dr. Bijoy Misra serves as the President of India Discovery Center and leads the efforts of content creation and organizing the IDC activities. He is a physicist and has taught in the local area schools. He helps run the South Asia Poets of New England group. He is a Sanskrit scholar and promotes Sanskrit studies in various institutions. He is currently an Honorary Research Associate in the Department of South Asian Studies at Harvard University.

Dr. Rita Pandey
Director
Dr Rita Pandey studied Sanskrit and philosophy. She served as the Assistant Director of Harvard Secondary School Program for more than twenty years. Currently in Lexington, she serves as an elected Town Meeting Member and board member of select committees. She enjoys literature, poetry, music, yoga and nature. She helps organize the IDC Virtual India project.

Satyendra Sharma
Operations Manager
Dr. Satyendra Sharma serves as the Manager of the IDC operations. He earned a PhD degree in Physics at Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology at Pune, India, and serves as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. He is a Seminar Leader in IDC, and keeps interest in history, philosophy and religion. He volunteers as a member in his Town Trails Committee and maintains hobbies in amateur astronomy and nature photography.

Prem Nagar
Contents Manager
Prem Nagar acts as the Contents Manager in India Discovery Center. He is an IT professional and works for Oracle Corporation. He is a researcher in neurology and cognitive science, and participates in research in speech and phonetics through IDC. He comes from a family of musicians and takes interest in music composition and rendering. He is a member of South Asian Poets of New England.

Bhavani Vankineni
Treasurer
Bhavani Vankineni “Vani” serves as the Treasurer in IDC. She is an IT professional with active participation in Indian scriptural reading, cultural productions and in community service. She has interest in history, literature, music and cooking. Empathetic in nature, she offers hand to people in need where she can. She has worked at the Registration desk in IDC seminars.

Maneesh Srivastava
Director of Outreach and Media
Maneesh hails from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India and currently lives in Chelmsford, MA with his wife and two sons. He works as a Sr Business Analyst in a major Asset Management firm in Boston. He is a known poet in the Indian diaspora and continues the family tradition of writing, he writes Poems/Short Stories in Hindi and Urdu. He is a co-founder of "The Pashchim Project" a literary Video Podcast to promote Language Arts.

Chandu Shah
Fundraising Manager
Chandu Shah helps IDC in its fundraising efforts. He is the President and CEO of S4 Inc., an Aerospace and defense services firm. Mr. Shah is an artist, a poet, playwright and a screenwriter. He is a published author in poetry and has written musicals in Gujarati language. He has produced movies in India and the US.

Chandramouli Subbaraman
Objects Strategist
Chandramouli Subbaraman helps with envisioning and constructing the IDC’s Display Objects. He grew up in Tamil Nadu, India, and is involved in various religious and cultural activities in his village. He works as a Database software engineer and is an avid hobbyist in crafts and mechanics. He keeps interest in music and Sanskrit language and is an active member of the local South Asian diaspora.

Hardik Dixit
Director
Hardik Dixit serves as Director at India
Discovery Center. He is IT professional, Sanskrit lover and Vedanta
student. He studied at Harvard Extension School in Harvard University.
At India Discovery Center, he is going to play active role in all events and going to
work on periodic newsletter. He enjoys variety of subjects such as
arts, music, spirituality and history. He is ready to get engaged in
IDC and create meaningful content for next generation.

Amandeep Singh
Director
IT Engineer by profession and a poet by heart, Amandeep Singh is from the land of five rivers, Punjab, India. He is a published author in Punjabi and Hindi with four books: “TutdayTarian di Dastaan (1989)”, first-ever book of science fiction short stories in Punjabi, “Kankar Pathar(2016)”, a collectionPunjabi Poems and two children's books -
“Tim Tim Chamke Nikka Tara (Punjabi, 2021)”, “Tim Tim Chamke Nanha Tara (Hindi, 2021)”. He runs https://www.punjabikids.org/, a website dedicated to Punjabi children.
